Weekly Blog: 18th April 2024
Welcome back after the Easter break. Our topic this term will be: Spring.
Our theme of the week has been focused on personal, social and emotional skills alongside communication and language development. Some of the things the children have enjoyed doing include:
  • talking about our Easter holidays
  • making faces out of play dough
  • booking holidays in our role play travel agents
  • playing listening games
  • playing with musical instruments
  • drawing self portraits
  • talking about friendships and positive behaviour
  • playing outside on the climbing frame, ball play and fun in the sandpit
  • enjoying stories and looking at books
  • lots of fun painting, sticking, gluing and mark making fun
  • lots of circle time and small group games

As usual the weekly blog represents a snapshot of what most of the children participate in during the week. Please speak to your child's key person if you would like to have further information about your child's interests and progress. You are welcome to ask your key person for feedback at any time and book a time to have a meeting for feedback on how your child is progressing.
Hoping you all have a lovely weekend. Best wishes, Julia, Claire, Hannah, Lisa, Jackie and Adam
